“Love Thy Neighbour as Thyself”

“Love Thy Neighbour as Thyself”, a set of words, that literally means – everything starts with you. If you are not able to love yourself , you aren’t truly able to love others. Many confuse loving yourself and being selfish. Being selfish – is when you lack consideration for others. Loving yourself – is first of all: being in harmony with yourself and with an outside world. People around you respond to the vibrations that you send out and treat you accordingly. If for some reasons you lack self – respect, self – worth, you belittle and criticise yourself (which is a huge No – no, not when you are alone and especially not in front of others). You do not accept yourself and do not love yourself, kindly do not expect that others will treat you somehow different.

You were not born to seek approval of others or wait for their validation. The only person who’s opinion about you matters is – YOU.

Every night before going to bed I analyse how my day went. My productivity towards myself, am I one step closer to my goal? Have i finished the things that were today’s target? Was I able to have “me time”? Did I help anyone today? Did i get through my sessions and made a difference in someone else’s life? The answers, will determine my tomorrow.

When I look at myself in the mirror I like what I see, if there is anything I’d like to improve, i set a goal and get it done, it is only for me, not for others. God loves us the way we are, and accepts us fully, why shouldn’t we love and accept ourselves?

I stopped criticising myself long time ago, it leads nowhere. My life, my rules, if there is a mess I have created, I can “uncreate” it. My life needs to go according to my vision. Over time I have learned to set boundaries and to say “No”, ( it isn’t easy, especially if the people you are saying “No” to are your family members or close friends, but it can be done). When people love and respect you, they will respect your “rules”, as you would respect theirs.

I live by no “expectations”, I do not expect anyone to come and make me happy or bring me joy, I generate it on my own. I take full responsibility for my life, as should you. Over the years I have seen so many people, that were wasting their life looking for external source of joy, looking for someone to love them, looking for some secret recipe that would make their life better. Once you realise that the source is internal, learn to love yourself, appreciate yourself, then your reality will be exactly how you want it.

My primary goal is to teach you self – love, confidence and absolute freedom. Freedom from fears, limits, judgments, mental and emotional health. To help you let go of childhood programs and limiting beliefs, clear the obstacles on the way of being a happier “YOU”. All obstacles are in your head, together we will overcome them.
